SSL has 128-bit encryption for the exchange of personal and payment information. When placing an order, you will notice that our URL will change from HTTP to HTTPS, and your browser may tell you that you are entering a secure page to indicate security encryption has taken place. The payment screens also contain a Digital ID that is certified by Equifax. Security measures are strictly maintained by our payment/authorization gateway provider and our proprietary systems. This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system and it will be encrypted with the highest level security. Ordering secure-online is actually safer than giving your card verbally to someone over the telephone. |

How will my merchandise be shipped to me and how long will it take? |

We use Canada Post parcel service. Delivery time is typically 8 business days within Canada, 12 business days to US destinations and 16 business days Internationally. If you require your package to arrive quicker, please utilize the additional comments area. Added postage charges may be applicable. Upon shipment, you will get an email confirmation that your order is enroute. |

I would like to know what the shipping charges will be before I decide to make a purchase, how can I find this out? |

Destinations within Canada have a $3.95 shipping charge. To addresses in the United States a $4.95 charge will apply and for International destinations, we charge $8.95. |

What is Freedom to Groove's Exchange Policy? |

If your order arrived damaged or is defective, please return it right away so we can send you a replacement. All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. You can obtain return authorization by e-mailing Suze@freedomtogroove.com to let us know why you are returning. Note that all returned CDs must be in the same condition as when they were received, including the jewel box and liner notes. Return shipping will be paid by us in the event of damage or defects only.

If an incorrect address is provided causing the package to be returned, the customer will be charged to resend the package to the correct address.

Can I Pay by cheque or money order? |
| |
Payment must be received before order processing begins.
All payments must be in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check may require an additional 10 days for clearance. Orders paid by domestic or international money order will be processed immediately.
All checks must be drawn on U.S. or Canadian (in US funds) banks. We cannot accept Eurochecks, nor any checks drawn on non-U.S./Canadian banks.
All checks must have numeric computer-readable processing information printed along the bottom margin of the check. We cannot accept third party cheques or non personalized cheques. We recommend payment by postal or international money order for the fastest service.
