Both the sponsored and paid versions of Eudora 5.1 allow you to access multiple email accounts. This is done by creating a "personality" for each account you wish to access. Additional support is available at http://www.eudora.com/techsupport
To create a new "personality" in Eudora 5.1 :
- Right click on your current personality and select New

- The New Account Wizard launches
- Select Create a brand new email account
- Select Next

- Type a name for your new personality in the Personality Name field
- This name will appear in the Personality list
- Select Next

- Type the name that you would like to appear in the From: field of any email messages that you send in the Your Name field
- Select Next

- Type the email address of the account you wish this personality to access in the Email Address field
- Select Next

- Type your full email address into the Login Name field
- Select Next

- Type mail.mydomain.com (eg. mail.freedomtogroove.com) in the Incoming Server field
- Ensure that POP is selected as the server type
- Select Next

- Type mail.mydomain.com (eg. mail.freedomtogroove.com) in the Outgoing Server field
- Select Next

- A confirmation window will appear confirming that setup is complete
- Select Finish

- Your new personality will appear in the Personality list

- Account properties for a particular personality can be changed by right clicking on the personality and selecting Properties

- The Properties for the selected account will appear

- Select the Incoming Mail tab to select the option to allow messages to be left on the mail server for later retrieval
- Note: This option should only be selected if you access your email from multiple computers
- You can also opt to have mail automatically deleted from the mail server after a desired number of days (recommended)
- Select OK to save changes and close the Properties window
