	Can I volunteer/intern at Freedom To Groove?
	We welcome volunteers and interns at Freedom to Groove. If you have a background in web development, graphics, programming or the music industry in general we may have a home for you here. Please e-mail to inquire whether or not we are currently accepting applications for these roles.
	What does Freedom to Groove look for in a programmer?
	Most of our sites are built using Macromedia Coldfusion so therefore this is certainly the most prized skill we look for in a programmer. HTML, CSS, SQL, JS and ASP are also used frequently and would be handy items in any programmer's toolbox that we were considering for a position at Freedom to Groove.
	What does Freedom to Groove look for in a designer?
	Technically our ideal designer would have advanced knowledge in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Flash. These are the main programs we use to create our sites and print artwork. Creatively we are always on the look out for fresh new ideas. Our designers must put functionality first while still maintaining a stylish look for our sites. For this reason we especially enjoy working with graphic artists who have a background with HTML and website design so that they know what they are up against when creating graphics for web use.
