ICM (Island City Monsters) is one of the most formidable hip-hop groups ever assembled. Composed of an all-star line-up of MCs, DJs, graffiti writers and producers, ICM is quickly changing the face of hip-hop. Before ICM was created, there were dozens of hip-hop artists in Montreal, all working independently towards a common goal: TO BE HEARD. Finally, a small collection of artists got together and decided to assemble a team consisting of the best performers the city had to offer.
